All of our appointments are offered via Skype from our offices in London, which means you can have your sessions in a place where you feel comfortable. We have a lot of availability in the evenings (UK time) and at weekends. You will need to have a computer or laptop with a camera and microphone which has Skype installed.

We offer a free 30-minute initial consultation to provide you with information about CBT and to discuss whether CBT is the right therapy for you. If you decide that you would like to try CBT, we will then arrange any ongoing appointments. Ongoing sessions are usually 50-minutes long.
